Claiming a Listing without an account?

An email will be sent to you which will allow you to create a password. This is done in order to verify the email address that you are using. You can create the password before or after the listing submission.

New member trial period:

My Crew Kit grants paid subscription users a free 3 day trial period before the first subscription fee is charged. If the subscription is canceled during this period, no charges will be made.

I cannot find the claimed listing in my account:

Once you have submitted your claim, it needs to be verified by our team. You will be notified as soon as the claim has been approved declined. Contact will be made by a member of our team within 24 hours of submission.

Are my credit card details safe?

My Crew Kit uses Stripe to handle payments. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. No credit card information is stored by My Crew Kit.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel and perform other actions on your subscriptions via the My Account page.
