HOW MUCH DOES IT COST & WHO OFFERS THE COURSE
At the time of writing the GSK course costs +/- 1600 Euros and a list of accredited training schools offering this course can be found on our website.
The GSK course includes a large amount of theoretical information and pre-course reading is definitely recommended. The ‘Reeds Superyacht Manual’ (which can be purchased online) is a great place to start, pre-course reading will allow you a basic understanding and give you the fundamentals enabling you to focus and fine-tune your knowledge during the course and essentially succeed. Those who do not engage in pre-reading will most likely be left behind in the course and will not be able to follow the syllabus correctly. You can find the exam syllabus HERE. The majority of the training schools will send you study material once you have booked and paid for the course.
