Crossing Chief Officer and OOW

CROSSING CHIEF OFFICER (DELIVERY) and OOW
needed for a 55 meter. The yacht will be departing Ft. Lauderdale right around May 3rd and will cross to Croatia.
This is a temp position that should take about 25 days.
MUST HAVE CROSSING EXPERIENCE.
Must have B1/B2 in hand.

58m/191ft Trinity-Cayman Flagged, Heavy Charter / Private --Med / Caribbean / Bahamas cruising

The vessel is currently in the shipyard in Florida but due to depart end of May for the Med
11 crew (Captain / Chef / 1st Officer / Chief Stew (purser) / Chief Engineer / 2nd Engineer / Bosun / Deckhand / 2nd , 3rd & 4th Stews)

Fantastic Owner and majority of the crew have of longevity Chef and Chief stew worked with boss 2013 for 8yrs / Chief Engineer 6yrs / 2nd Engineer 4yrs / Previous Captain 20+yrs
Start Date: As soon as possible as current chief stew and chef need to handover before 1st May.

Head Chef (Sole Chef)
Salary: DOE $8,000 - $ 9,000
Leave: 38 days a year (but this can be negotiated to possible 60 days a year)
One annual return repatriated flight
Full Medical coverage
Longevity and good references
All required certificates must be up to date including the following:
Culinary Qualified Chef
Ship Cook Certificate
Hygiene Level 3
Experience on similar size vessels cooking for 11 crew and 12 guests as sole chef
Charter experience
Must be able to / have:
Adjust calmly to any last minute / sudden guest meal changes
Adjust to all guest dietary requirements
Work well with interior and chief stew
Have good time management
Make sure crew have healthy lunch and dinner options and adjust easily to certain crew dietary requirements
Be able to communicate / interact with guests
Must be a calm person who can adapt to all situations and be able to handle stress to keep the guests happy. Dont want a chef who panics, screams and shouts in stressful situations
