Youtube:

  • 1P_JAR: These cookies are set via embedded youtube-videos. They register anonymous statistical data on for example how many times the video is displayed and what settings are used for playback. No sensitive data is collected unless you log in to your google account, in that case your choices are linked with your account, for example, if you click “like” on a video.

Other Cookies We Use:

    • pxg-listable-mapZoom: Remembers what zoom level you last used on the map
    • wp_woocommerce_session_d0530de2d35fb4912f7d72db454c1c34: Remembers what's in your shopping cart.
    • __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid: Stripe is used to make credit card payments. Stripe uses a cookie to remember who you are and to enable My Crew Kit to process payments without storing any credit card information on its own servers. Cookies are also used for security reasons.
    • cookie_notice_accepted: Records if a user has accepted our website's use of cookies. This stops the notice from showing once you have accepted it.

 

1.3 Personal information

We collect and store Personal Information that you provide to us when accessing or using the Services. "Personal Information" means information relating to a person who is or can be identified directly from that information. This includes your name, billing address details, telephone number, email address,  (only when provided to us for account purposes).

Examples of Personal Information we collect include information that you provide when you (a) create or update your personal My Crew Kit account, (b) communicate with us, (c) purchase services from us, (d) contact or business through a contact form, (e) submit ratings and reviews.

Personal Information does not include: (1) aggregated or anonymized information; (2) any publicly available information about businesses; (3) information about you that is provided by third parties; or (4) information that is posted to publicly accessible areas of the Services.

1.4 Information Used To Add Or Claim A Directory Listing

1.4.1 Mandatory information

When you place an order on our website, we collect your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, company name (if applicable) and phone number.

If you do not provide this information, you will not be able to purchase goods or services from us on our website or enter into a contract with us.

We have a legal obligation to issue you with an invoice for the services you purchase from us and we require the mandatory information collected by our checkout form for this purpose. We also have a legal obligation to keep accounting records, including records of transactions

Should you not register with an email address created from a domain name owned by your company, we may require further information to ensure that you are the rightful owner of the listing.

1.4.2 Additional information

We can also collect additional information from you, such as your phone number, company type and job function.

We use this information to manage and improve your customer experience with us.

We will also use this information to tailor any follow-up sales and marketing communications with you.

If you do not supply the additional information requested at checkout, you will not be able to complete your order as we will not have the correct level of information to adequately manage your account.

1.4.3 Processing Your Payment

After you place an order on our website you will need to make payment for the services you have ordered. In order to process your payment, we use Stripe, a third-party payment processor.

1.5.1 Personal Information that you post to public areas of the Services or via your Profile may become publicly available and is no longer considered Personal Information. 2. How we use the information we collect

2.1 Non-personal information

2.1.1 We use data other than Personal Information, including aggregated or anonymized information, for remarketing with Google Analytics, for ad targeting, to analyze trends, administer the Services, improve customer service, diagnose problems with our servers, track user movement, and gather demographic information for aggregate use. Please note, however, that as long as you maintain an account, you may not "opt-out" of receiving service or account-related emails from My Crew Kit.

 6. Updating your listing information and public posts

6.1 You can correct certain information by logging into your account and changing the information, and you may also delete certain information by closing your account. In addition, Users may change certain information contained in their Listing by claiming the Listing and editing the information contained therein, or by sending us an email. Users also have the ability to delete and edit posts, comments or reviews in the profile and account areas found in the logged-in account menu.

6.2 Please note that in certain circumstances, we may not, or may not be able to, remove or change certain information, even in the event an account is closed. For example, we may retain and continue to display any information you provided in connection with a question, answer, endorsement or client review. In addition, Businesses cannot remove their listing, ratings, endorsements or reviews by closing their accounts. If a business does not wish to be listed on the site, they can send a request to [email protected] for review.

 7. Security measures

7.1 My Crew Kit endeavours to secure your Personal Information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure by putting into place reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect. For example, when we collect credit card information, we use a secure server with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption software and store such credit card information using encryption methods designed to prevent unauthorised access. Additionally, your account information is accessible online only through the use of a password.

7.2 No security measures are perfect or impenetrable. To protect the confidentiality of your Personal Information, you must keep your password confidential and not disclose it to any other person.
