Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join their crewing team. These newly created roles arecrucial for the expansion of the team.
You will have:

Prior experience in recruitment particularly in Interior and Deck.
Strong knowledge of deck and engine tickets. STCW codes, etc.
Strong knowledge of hospitality roles / head hunting, ideally from the luxury or aviation sector.
Excellent organisational skill with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing all aspects of the recruitment from start to finish.
Ensuring recruitmentcompliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
Managing stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate will have previous commercial and yacht experience and hold their OOW 3000
Bridge manning and admin experience required
