Proven experience as Chief Stew on 90m+ yachts

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Stewardess to join a dynamic and professional interior team, providing exceptional service to the principal and guests on a 100m+ private yacht. A polished, discreet, and proactive approach is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily service operations including meal service, drink preparation, turndown, and guest
readiness. Assist with formal and informal table settings, including event setup and breakdown
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of interior and guest areas to impeccable standards
Work closely with the senior service team and follow detailed instructions with consistency

Qualifications & Attributes
Min. 2 years of experience in yachting on +100m and luxury hospitality, or private service preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Knowledge of silver service and fine dining is an advantage
Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
Must hold or be eligible for a Schengen visa and willing to travel if required
