The owner is big into hunting and fishing and the Chef will have light travel with the owner to hunting camps, yacht and the mid-west.
Big meat and fish eaters. They have certain dietary requirements such as nut allergies, gluten free…
The Mrs. is a healthy eater and like to talk food with the Chef.
The owner does fundraising events (political) and wants someone who can “turn it on” with showmanship. i.e explain each course to the guests…
Both Mr. and Mrs. like elevated food and excellent presentation.
THIS IS A LIVE OFF PROPERTY POSITION
Starting salary is $150,000+ per year.
