Chef and Stewardess TEAM for 24 meter Catamaran

Updated On : Monday, November 29, 2021

Chef / FORT LAUDERDALE

This catamaran is now in Dominican Republic and will cruise around Cuba/Panama until the end of the year before crossing the Panama canal to be cruising around the Pacific Ocean for the next year.
The profile sought for the 2 positions is rather young, athletic and experienced on a sailboat. In other words, resourceful, willing and not "lazy crew"! They must be very comfortable in English
1. The Chef
When it comes to cooking, I would like to avoid chefs accustomed to motor yachts that are often not very autonomous and prone to seasickness! The chef must have received real training from at least one great chef and able to prepare careful and refined cuisine mainly based on the choice of product. In other words "no fuss". I would prefer Northern Mediterranean and French cuisine.
2. The Stewardess
She must be multilingual. English compulsory. Young profile with solid references.
