As a Yacht Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of yachts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering the highest standard of excellence in yacht management services to clients.
Your experience:

Proven experience in yacht management or a similar shoreside maritime role
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety management systems (SMS)
Experience managing yacht compliance with Flag State, Class Society, and statutory regulations
Ability to manage client relationships and liaise with captains, crew, and other stakeholders
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience with commercial opportunities such as refits or new builds
Prior experience with safety management, audits, and certifications is a plus
