Your experience:

Strong background in yacht management or marine engineering
Experience working closely with captains and chief engineers to resolve technical issues
Proficient in implementing and monitoring Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS)
Sound knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS) and regulatory compliance
Experience conducting technical inspections and audits
Ability to manage and support emergency repair work
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Key responsibilities:

Proactively manage and monitor yacht sites on the MMV platform
Implement and review onboard Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS) as part of the Safety Management System
Review technical issues and reports related to the Safety Management System
Monitor and ensure the correct execution of Planned Maintenance by remote connection and annual inspections
Conduct at least one annual on-board inspection for compliance with equipment functionality
Liaise with the yacht crew to resolve technical issues and support emergency repairs
Provide technical advice and liaise with external bodies regarding SMS-related technical issues
Conduct an annual review of the Critical Equipment list for each yacht
Identify potential opportunities for additional yacht management services, new builds, or refits
