Experienced owner’s chef required for UHNW principal. You will be cooking on his 50m+ MY running with a sous/crew chef as well. The yacht runs with 12 crew and the owner only uses the boat lightly. The principal likes a fresh and healthy French cuisine. You will also be working in the Villa in Dubai and travelling with the principal to his private residences in UK and Paris amongst others.

This position would suit an accomplished shore based Chef looking to enter into the industry, or a yacht Chef with a couple of seasons experience.
