Our client is seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join their growing team in Europe. As a ProjectManager, you will be responsible for overseeing refits and NB projects and act as the owner's technical expert and representative.
Key responsibilities:

Act as the owner's representative for NB or refit projects, liaising with shipyards, designers, contractors and classification societies.
Monitor progress and ensure compliance with contractual specifications, industry regulations, and quality standards. Oversee and manager detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment. Drive the project management team for the project : interior project manager, project engineer, project surveyor, consultant and experts.
Regularly report to clients on project status, risks and milestones.
Conduct site visits, inspections and quality control assessments.
Manage changes in project scope, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Attend FAT, HAT, SAT lead delivery procedures, and final acceptance processes.

Experience:

Minimum of 5years' experience in a similar position.
Strong knowledge of Superyacht construction, engineering system, and a regulatory compliance.
Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel internationally.
