The role is 2nd Engineer/Deck. 2nd Eng when at the home dock and Deck when the yacht is traveling. On average we travel approximately 100 days a year. Longevity is very important.
NON-Liveaboard position. You must have a residence and reliable transportation to get to and from work in Boca Raton.
When the yacht is at its home dock the working hours are 8:00am - 3:30pm Monday Friday. Very occasionally a late day may be required due to venders.
W-2 Salaried position.
There are zero surprise Trips. All yacht movements are planned well in advance.
Traditionally this yacht has extremally low turnover.
The yacht will move if a Hurricane is imminent and all crew will accompany the yacht.

Perform planned maintenance and repairs on auxiliary systems including fuel, cooling, and sewage systems.

Assist with dry dock and yard periods.
Uphold safety procedures and contribute to a positive team environment.
