We are seeking an experienced Deckhand/Divemaster to join a 60m+ private dual-cruising motor yacht.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years experience specifically on deck and with a strong knowledge of dive operations. Previous experience in route planning, organizing dive guides, and general dive management is preferrable.
This position will primarily be a Deckhand rol, however, during dive operations you will take on Divemaster responsibilities. A strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are key.

The ideal candidate is mature, organized, proactive, eager to learn, and anticipates guest needs well. Needs to have 2 years of hospitality service experience. This role requires clear communication, team effort, and a progressive mindset.
Position Overview
- Title: Deck/Stewardess- Vessel: 45m Motor Yacht
*Supporting Vessels: Tow-behind chase boat and onboard tenders
- Mission: Owner family use and enjoyment, with occasional charter.
- Compensation: USD $4,000.00 per month, DOE
- Start Date: ASAP- Reports To: Captain- Operating Areas: Winter - Fort Lauderdale, FL and the Bahamas. Summer New England.
- Crew Complement (8 FT): Captain, Mate, Engineer, Bosun, Chief Stewardess, Second Stewardess, Stew/Deck, Chef
- Paid Leave: 40 days accrued per year, in accordance with Jamaican Shipping Register requirements
- Health Insurance provided by the vessel.- Annual RT flight. Continuing education benefits at the discretion of the Captain.
Experience & Qualifications
- Will consider green crew but prefer 1 year of experience on similar or larger sized yachts with professional reputable programs.
- Tender driving experience is preferred.
- Comfortable with guest service and interaction.
