Responsibilities include:

House and dog sitting 12 to 20 weeks per year.
Admin support assisting the Managing Director industrial and residential properties as directed.
Monitor utility bills for all properties owned by the principal.

Must be able to drive with a clean driving license.
Must reside in Devon as this is a live out position.
Must hold the right permit to work and live in the UK.
